Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive pre/post-operative nursing care for patients with vascular conditions in St. Louis, MO. You will assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate progress to support recovery.

You will educate patients and families on illness management, medications, and post-treatment needs, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• RN licensure.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and arterial line monitoring.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and two years of experience.

Provides comprehensive pre/post-operative nursing care for patients with peripheral vascular disease, including surgeries such as aneurysm repairs, carotid procedures, dialysis access, thrombolysis, and bypasses.

Utilizes critical thinking and clinical expertise to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.

Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
