Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a cardiovascular surgery nurse to provide comprehensive pre/post-operative care for complex vascular patients. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a fast-paced setting, with emphasis on family-centered education and safety.

Ideal candidates have critical care training, BLS/ACLS certification, arterial line monitoring, and pacer wire experience, plus a Nursing Diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• Certified in BLS and ACLS with vascular care-focused training.
• Trained for critical care nursing in a fast-paced vascular setting.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree favored.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assessments, and education to patients and families.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional growth activities.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans in collaboration with the team and patients.
