Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive pre/post-operative nursing care for patients undergoing vascular and cardiovascular interventions. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an RN with BLS/ACLS and arterial line monitoring, with preferred critical care experience.

Qualifications

• RN license and certifications (BLS, ACLS, arterial line monitoring)
• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills; ability to work safely and alertly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the team and family.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, medication, and post-discharge care.
• Participate in promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop individualized care plans and ensure effective communication across care continuum.
