Duly Health and Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to join the Vascular Surgery team across Elmhurst and Naperville. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with travel as needed. You will greet patients, assist with examinations and minor procedures, and support physicians throughout patient care.

Ideal candidates have MA certification, CPR, and EMR experience; phlebotomy is a plus. Competitive benefits, paid time off, and tuition assistance are available.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or related health-sciences courses.
• Active MA certification through AMT/NCCT/NHA/AAMA/ARMA.
• CPR certification or willingness to certify.
• Phlebotomy certification within 90 days of hire.
• Prior experience as MA/CMA/CNA/EMT in medical office.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, assist with registration and scheduling; measure vital signs and collect history.
• Support physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes.
• May assist with immunizations or injections.
• Assist with prescription requests, pharmacy callbacks, charting.
• Conduct onsite lab tests: EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, urine pregnancy.
• Maintain clean, welcoming examination rooms and provide CARE-valued service.
• Occasional travel to assist other clinics.
