Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Office suite knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Preferred: CCMA, CMA, RMA, ARMA or EMT credential.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vital signs.
• Assist providers during examinations.
• Collect lab specimens and perform basic tests.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient charts.
• Manage patient communications and referrals.
