Job summary

UHA University Health Associates seeks an Advanced Practice Professional to provide high-quality care for vascular surgery patients. The APP coordinates care with a multidisciplinary team, performs diagnostic/therapeutic procedures, and directs discharge planning within their scope.

The role supports education of residents and students and adheres to professional standards and hospital policies. WV licensure and relevant APRN/PA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• RN/APRN with required state licensure eligibility.
• Certification by recognized APRN or PA body as applicable.
• Experience in vascular surgery or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive vascular surgery patient care in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Perform rounds, pre-procedure evaluations, and perioperative management.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up testing.

MSN degree (Nurse Practitioner)
