Job summary

BB Imaging seeks experienced vascular sonographers to deliver high-quality ultrasound care across clinic sites. You will partner with physicians, perform procedures, review patient histories, and generate reports to support accurate diagnoses.

The role requires RDMS with RVT, 1+ year of vascular experience, and HIPAA compliance. Travel within the assigned area is required; strong communication and mentorship are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with a Vascular specialty (RVT).
• 1+ years vascular sonography experience.
• Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound.
• Compliant with HIPAA regarding EMR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform sonographic procedures.
• Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area.
• Inspect and review patient charts, reports, and medical history.
• Create reports to assist the physician with documentation.
• Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out anomalies.
• Communicate findings to the physician.
• Mentor new team members and provide training.
• Provide visual guidance for procedures like amniocentesis.
• Report machine errors or needs to maintain quality imaging.
• Restock sonography rooms with required supplies.
• Pursue CMEs to expand knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned by managers.
