Join us as a Vascular Sonographer at USA CLINIC SL

We are seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Sonographer to perform vascular ultrasound examinations of patients' lower extremities and other studies as needed. The role involves balancing patient needs with efficient workflow and ensuring an excellent service experience for each patient.

This full-time position operates Monday through Friday and offers flexibility to work across multiple locations, including Brookhaven, Midtown, Decatur, Lawrenceville, Alpharetta, Marietta, Austell, and Kennesaw.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations to create Venous Flow Maps to aid in treatment planning.
• Assist physicians by explaining treatment plans to patients, addressing their specific needs.
• Prepare and clean procedure and ultrasound rooms before and after each patient.
• Conduct additional ultrasound exams as required, ensuring safety and treatment effectiveness.
• Adhere to scheduled time allotments to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Coordinate with staff and physicians to ensure availability of ultrasound technicians and optimal patient care.
• Maintain and develop skills through ongoing education and professional interaction.
• Manage equipment and supply inventory to support continuous operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound program (Certificate required).
• Registered Vascular Technologist, Vascular Specialist, or Phlebology Sonographer (RVT / RVS / RpHS) or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with uterine fibroid scanning or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
