Job summary

Mercy South in Missouri is seeking an EVOR RN for a full-time role. You will provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and coordinate with the surgical team to support safe, effective processes.

The position requires an RN license with MO or compact licensure, a minimum of six months OR experience, and BLS certification within 30 days. Additional certifications may be required based on unit needs; physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Six months OR nursing experience.
• BLS certification required; within 30 days of hire if not already current.
• Additional unit-specific certifications may be required (ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, etc.).
• Position requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the surgical team in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
