Pulse Vascular in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) to deliver vascular care across offices, facilities, and patients' homes. This mobile role emphasizes autonomy and teamwork while offering professional growth.

You will perform assessments, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and educate patients, with approximately 75% travel to support community care and collaborate with ultrasound partners.

Qualifikationen

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
• Active DEA and CDS licenses.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the service area.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies and imaging.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic vascular conditions.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health conditions, preventive care, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes.
