Pulse Vascular, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) to deliver high-quality vascular care across offices, facilities, and patients' homes in New Jersey. Expect autonomy, collaboration with a dedicated team, and ongoing professional growth while visiting patients in care facilities or homes.

You will travel about 75% of the time, coordinate with Ultrasound Tech partners, and provide comprehensive care, documentation, and education to patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Active DEA and CDS licenses required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the service area.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing including labs and imaging.
• Diagnose and treat vascular conditions.
• Develop, implement, and manage treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor effectiveness.
