Job summary

Pulse Vascular is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) to provide high-quality vascular care across offices, facilities, and patients' homes in the New Jersey area. The role requires ~75% travel and is based out of our Kearny, NJ office with coordination alongside Ultrasound Technologists to serve Paterson/Passaic/Paramus/Hackensack regions.

The ideal candidate will have NP licensure, DEA/CDS credentials, and license to practice in New Jersey, with strong clinical and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Current APN license with active DEA and CDS credentials.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and medical history reviews.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing (labs, imaging).
• Diagnose and treat vascular conditions, both acute and chronic.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor effectiveness.
• Educate patients and caregivers on conditions and prevention.
• Collaborate with referring providers and care teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans for outcomes.
