Job summary

Pulse Vascular, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) to deliver high-quality vascular care across offices, facilities, and patient homes. The role involves 75% travel to support patient care and collaboration with partners; base is the Kearny, NJ office with travel to Paterson/Passaic/Paramus/Hackensack areas.

Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Active DEA and CDS licenses.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the service area.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies and imaging.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic vascular conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on health conditions, preventive care, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes.

Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time)

Are you a compassionate, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients across a variety of care settings? In this position, you'll have the unique opportunity to provide care in multiple environments—including our offices, healthcare facilities, and patients' homes—allowing you to build meaningful relationships while improving access to care for diverse patient populations.

This role is ideal for a motivated clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and continuous professional growth. You'll work alongside a dedicated healthcare team while expanding your clinical expertise in vascular care management.

Local travel is an essential part of this role, with approximately 75% travel required to support patient care needs and collaborate with healthcare partners throughout the community. You will officially be based out of our Kearny, NJ office, but will travel in partnership with an Ultrasound Technologist to see patients in the Paterson/Passaic/Paramus/Hackensack areas.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience practicing as a n Advanced Practice Nurse in clinical settings such as primary care, hospitals, outpatient clinics, emergency medicine, or related healthcare environments. New APN gra duates considered.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient care best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and patient education abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred.
