Job summary

Pulse Vascular is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) to deliver high-quality vascular care across offices, facilities, and patient homes. This mobile role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.

Expect about 75% travel throughout the service area, with a supportive interdisciplinary team, including an ultrasound tech. You’ll assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients while maintaining thorough documentation and compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP license in the US.
• Active DEA and CDS licenses.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time throughout the service area.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical history reviews.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies and imaging.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic vascular conditions.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health conditions, preventive care, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes.
