Baptist Health is seeking a Vascular Technologist to join the Radiology team. This role includes on-call duties and emergency callbacks, with a 3, 10-hour shift weekly schedule and participation in the stroke team.

Under the direction of a surgeon and/or radiologist, you will perform vascular and neurological radiographic studies, prepare equipment, and assist in setting up sterile trays and medications as needed. On-call readiness is essential.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited Radiology Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience.
• KBMIRT at time of hire.
• ARRT within 90 days of hire.
• Vascular-Interventional Registry is required.
• Registry-eligible candidates must obtain Vascular-Interventional certification within two years of employment.
• Must have current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must live within 30 minute arrival time to the hospital when on‑call.

Mansioni

• Produce radiographic images for vascular and neurological studies.
• Prepare equipment for examinations and assist in setting up sterile trays and medications.
• Assist radiologist and surgeon with procedures and supplies as needed, and ensure proper supplies are available.
• Participate in emergency callbacks and be part of the stroke team.
• Support OR X-ray when procedure volume is low and perform other duties as assigned.
