Job summary

BayCare Health System in Tampa, FL is seeking an Invasive Vascular Radiology Technologist to join our Interventional Radiology team. You will assist radiologists during diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures, operate and maintain diagnostic x-ray and ultrasound equipment, and support imaging patient care and RIS data management.

Requirements include BLS, ARRT with vascular specialty, Florida radiology license, a radiology technical diploma or an associate degree, and 1 year

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) – Vascular specialization.
• Florida Radiology license in good standing.
• Technical Diploma (Radiology) or Associates Degree in Radiology.
• 1 year radiology experience; vascular experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists with all aspects of patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures.
• Operate and maintain diagnostic x-ray and ultrasound equipment for patient care.
• Manage imaging-related tasks including RIS data, file room, general clerical duties, physician assistance, and patient transport.
