Job summary

Stryker's Field Clinical Specialist education program supports physicians on Inari device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting, partnering with local account managers to enhance clinical support.

The role requires up to 80% travel across local geographies, frequent collaboration with hospital staff, and clear communication of technical information during procedures. Base + commission: $130,000 with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline.
• 3+ years in cath lab or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular science.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Interact with physicians and hospital staff regularly.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting related to Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions in hospital environments.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with regional/account managers.
• Communicate complex information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and company.
• Build credible relationships and share product expertise.
