Job summary

Stryker Field Clinical Specialist in the United States partners with Account Managers to deliver clinical education and hands-on support for Inari products in hospital settings. You will educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting while leading training programs and identifying adoption opportunities.

The role requires a clinical degree, 3+ years in medical devices or cath labs, and strong cardiovascular knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates Degree in nursing or clinical required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
  • Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology.
  • Strong clinical acumen is required.
  • Understanding of sales process is a plus.
  • Travel up to 80% of the time – locally and regionally, with overnight stays.
  • Night/weekend on call per preplanned schedule.
  • Extensive sitting, standing, and speaking.
  • Light lifting to 10 pounds.
  • Open to a dynamic healthcare environment with multiple physician/hospital staff customers.
  • Desire to participate in a healthcare team and anticipate needs of others.
  • Apply critical thinking to solve complex clinical problems.
  • Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products.
  • Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions in hospital environments.
  • Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
  • Communicate highly technical information during fast-paced procedures.
  • Act as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
  • Build and sustain credible business relationships and share product expertise.
  • Provide education and clinical support for complex inquiries.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Inari products and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with product development teams for feedback on features and new devices.
  • Document procedural observations for regulatory and improvement purposes.
  • Other duties as needed.
