Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products. You will develop and lead hospital-based training sessions and serve as the clinical interface between medical staff and the company.

Travel up to 80% locally and regionally, with on-call requirements; strong clinical acumen and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates Degree in nursing or clinical required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Strong cardiovascular science knowledge and clinical acumen.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% locally and regionally; on-call nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions in hospital settings.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with regional teams.
• Communicate technical information clearly during procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships; share product knowledge.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries.
• Understand Inari products and related technologies; feedback to product teams.
• Collaborate with product development for features and new devices.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and continuous improvement.
