Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in Charlottesville, VA. You will educate physicians on Inari device handling, lead in-hospital training sessions, and collaborate with Regional and Account Managers to drive adoption across local geographies.

This role requires 3+ years in medical device clinical roles, strong cardiovascular knowledge, and excellent English communication. Expect up to 80% travel, including some overnight stays, with a base commission structure and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in nursing or clinical required.
• Minimum of three years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology.
• Excellent command of English with written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% locally and regionally; some overnight stays.
• Night/weekend on call per preplanned schedule.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop and facilitate training sessions in hospital settings.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as a clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Demonstrate ability to build credible relationships and share product knowledge.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with product teams to feedback on device features.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and improvement purposes.
• Other duties as needed.
