Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling and implantation, and to support clinical programs in hospital settings.

You will lead training sessions, collaborate with regional account managers, and provide technical insights during procedures. Travel up to 80% with on-call commitments, building strong customer relationships while advancing clinical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or nursing/clinical degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science and anatomy.
• Excellent clinical acumen and communication skills.
• Travel up to 80% locally and regionally; on-call nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting.
• Develop and lead hospital training sessions and in-service education.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate complex clinical information clearly during procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory requirements and CI.
