Job summary

University of Utah Health is seeking a PS Manager, Program(s) to lead day-to-day operations of the education program at the Salt Lake City campus. This role reports to the program leadership and supports housestaff, faculty, and program committees with policy updates and data management.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of progressive management experience, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Normal schedule is M-F, 40 hours, on-campus with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four to six years of progressively more responsible management experience.
• Strong organization, leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program.
• Provide management support for program leadership and housestaff.
• Coordinate meetings, update policies, and manage rotation schedules and related systems.
