Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience; ideally vascular, endovascular or interventional therapies.
• Experience in carotid stenting, TCAR or aortic technologies preferred.
• Peripheral vascular sales experience considered if vascular surgeon relationships exist.
• Proven track record of developing new business, managing territories and achieving sales targets.
• Strong relationships with vascular surgeons and hospital decision-makers across the region.
• Experience introducing new medical devices or supporting new therapy adoption is advantageous.
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence engaging with physicians in procedural and commercial discussions.
• Comfortable operating autonomously within a field-based, high-performance sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial launch, adoption and utilisation of vascular technologies across the territory.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies, identifying new opportunities and expanding accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional cardiologists and hospital stakeholders.
• Lead new product introductions with clinical education, procedural support and training for physicians and hospital teams.
• Partner with internal clinical and commercial teams to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
• Identify and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support long-term product adoption.
• Take ownership of territory performance and deliver against sales targets.
