Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers seeks a Physician Liaison to develop business plans for UVC Vein Centers within their territory, focusing on physician referral growth. You will build and maintain relationships with physician offices, hospitals, and clinics, sharing branded materials and tracking leads in the CRM.

You will educate providers about UVC services, coordinate speaking engagements, and drive strategy to expand market share.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years medical sales experience with 1-2 years outside B2B experience.
• Must have existing relationships with physicians, ACO's, healthcare facilities.
• Must understand vascular diseases and be able to communicate clinical information.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Remain in compliance with all regulatory requirements including HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and Stark Laws.
• Experience working with a CRM, Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral base to grow designated UVC Vein business.
• Continuously reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and reports on data regarding existing product performance and opportunities.
• Educates new and existing physician contacts on services offered by UVC.
• Maintains image of UVC as cutting-edge experts in vein disease.
• Oversees efforts to protect and grow market-share by analyzing competitors.
• Identifies physician referral opportunities within the medical community through research and prospecting.
• Maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and staff via visits, emails, and calls.
• Provides information and branded messages to Physicians on UVC products and services.
• Identifies speaking opportunities within hospitals and medical associations.
• Promotes engagement through orientation, office visits, events, CEUs, etc.
• Demonstrate a work culture aligned with UVVC’s Core Values and Standards of Conduct.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of PHI per HIPAA and laws.
