Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is seeking a Physician Liaison to develop physician referral networks across the territory, promoting our vein and vascular services and educating partners about UVC offerings.

This field-based role requires travel up to 100%, strong clinical communication, CRM tracking, and the ability to represent UVVC with physicians, hospitals, and clinics while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years medical sales with 1-2 years outside B2B experience.
• Existing relationships with physicians, ACOs, healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of vascular diseases and ability to communicate clinical information.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Stark Laws compliance.
• Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently; travel up to 100%.
• Auto insurance compliance for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands referral base to grow designated UVC Vein business.
• Continuously reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and reports on information and data regarding existing product performance and opportunities.
• Educates physician contacts on services offered by UVC.
• Maintains image of UVC as cutting-edge vein experts.
• Analyzes competitor strengths and services to protect market-share.
• Identifies physician referral opportunities within the medical community.
• Maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their staff; visits, emails, calls.
• Provides information and branded messages to Physicians on UVC products and services.
• Identifies and coordinates speaking opportunities within hospitals, ALFs, and medical associations.
• Promotes provider engagement through orientation, office visits, events, CEUs, etc.
• Demonstrates UVVC core values and standards of conduct.
• Maintains PHI confidentiality per HIPAA and related laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
