Job summary

Vascular Care Specialists in Brockton, MA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide nursing care and clinical oversight in our Angio Suite and vascular clinic. The RN will collaborate with vascular surgeons and the team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include pre/post procedure care, IV placement, anesthesia support under physician direction, and thorough documentation. A MA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 1 year vascular/interventional experience are required.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN required and active MA RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, vascular surgery, or similar setting.
• Experience with IV insertion and conscious sedation.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after vascular procedures.
• Perform pre-procedure assessments, vital signs, IV placement, and patient prep.
• Review labs/clearances and communicate findings to provider.
• Administer conscious sedation under physician direction and monitor patient.
• Post-procedure recovery care and discharge instructions.
