Job summary

Brown Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to function in the vascular procedure suite. You will provide direct patient care under surgeon supervision, perform pre- and post-procedure education, and document in the EMR.

The role requires a BSN, RI RN license, BLS, and experience in a medical-surgical setting with vascular exposure. You will travel to BHMG satellite offices and uphold HIPAA and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN and RI license; BLS required.
• Experience in medical-surgical or vascular settings preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-10/CPT codes and sterile technique.
• Proficient with EMR and scheduling systems.
• Willingness to travel to BHMG satellite offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the vascular procedure suite under surgeon supervision.
• Prepare the outpatient vascular suite, instruments, and medications.
• Deliver pre- and post-procedure education and post-op instructions.
• Document focused physical assessments and vital signs in the EMR.
• Administer medications under surgeon direction and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with staff to develop best practices and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
