New York Vascular Group in Cornwall, NY seeks a Part-Time Angio Suite Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities include pre-op assessments, IV insertion, monitoring with conscious sedation, post-procedure care and detailed documentation; requires NY RN license, ACLS/BCLS, and 2 years cath lab or vascular experience.

Qualificações

• AS or BS in Nursing required with active NY RN license.
• Minimum of two years direct experience in Cath Lab or Vascular/Interventional setting or ICU/ED.
• ACLS and BCLS certification required; able to work autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-op: conduct assessments, obtain vitals, insert IVs, obtain consent, and prepare patient.
• Intra-procedural: monitor patient, manage conscious sedation, document events, timeouts.
• Post-procedure: monitor recovery, perform groin checks, discharge patient, provide post-procedure calls.
