Job summary

Vascular Care Specialists in Brockton, MA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform interventional vascular imaging and support angiography procedures using C-arm fluoroscopy. The ideal candidate holds MA license and ARRT RT credential, with BLS certification and proven vascular imaging experience.

You will be responsible for sterile technique, ALARA, patient prep, and equipment readiness in a busy angio suite.

Qualifications

• Requires National RT(R) credentialing with ARRT and MA licensure.
• Experience with vascular imaging procedures.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Set and adjust a c-arm fluoroscope to safely perform radiographic exams.
• Minimize radiation exposure using shielding and ALARA principles.
• Assist physicians in invasive vascular imaging procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and families.
• Operate angio suite equipment including ultrasound, DSA, and IVUS.
• Maintain sterile technique and act as scrub or circulator.
• Inventory and prep equipment and products for procedures.
