Job summary

Panoramic Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the Vascular Access Centers' operations, QA, and patient care across multiple sites in Texas. You will oversee financial management, physician relations, safety, and staff development to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include optimizing schedules, coordinating referrals, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and driving performance metrics. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive healthcare management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field required; MBA strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare management.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with multi-site management.
Minimum 6 months’ experience in Outpatient surgery; dialysis or endo vascular experience preferred.
Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to translate business requirements into clinical needs.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations across Vascular Access Centers, QA, patient care, and safety.
Manage recruitment, performance development, and termination of staff.
Review schedules, manage patient flow, and coordinate referrals.
Monitor budgets, inventory, and billing processes.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and vendor relations.
Lead governance, reporting, and center-wide initiatives.
