Job summary

Bunzl Safety is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Piperton, TN facility to lead the VAS department and manage 30+ staff across shifts.

You will drive operational excellence in labeling, kitting, assembly, and related value-added services, partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, and Inventory teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in distribution and a proven track record of safety, quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in leadership within distribution or warehouse ops.
• Strong communication and staff development skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 30+ person warehouse team across multiple shifts.
• Oversee value-added services including labeling, kitting, assembly, sewing, and packaging.
• Monitor SLAs, quality, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, and Inventory teams.
• Drive Lean improvements to increase throughput.
