Job summary

Bunzl Safety – Piperton, TN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the VAS department and a 30+ person team across multiple shifts. You’ll drive operational excellence in labeling, kitting, assembly, repackaging, sewing and other value-added services, partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution and Inventory to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in warehousing/distribution, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong coaching and communication skills,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in distribution, warehouse operations, manufacturing, fulfillment, or value-added services environments.
• Proven experience leading large teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Experience supporting customer-specific packaging, customization, labeling, kitting, or light manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 30+ employees across multiple shifts.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Manage staffing plans and labor resources to meet business demands.
• Support succession planning and employee growth initiatives.
