Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in distribution/warehouse operations or related.
- Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with production workflows, labor planning, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 30+ employees across multiple shifts.
- Oversee value-added services including labeling, kitting, assembly, sewing, and related processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, and Inventory teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure safety, quality, and service levels.
