Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Value Added Service (VAS) Lead to organize and complete tagging, repackaging, and special projects. You will guide the VAS team, ensuring tasks align with SLA and client directives while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires 12+ months of warehousing or VAS experience, strong communication, and leadership ability. It offers Monday–Friday shifts with starting pay of $21.00 per hour and opportunities for growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with a warehouse environment and leading personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and follow through with minimal direction.
• Experience leading a team to ensure tasks are performed effectively and efficiently.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Pre-employment background and drug tests are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and cross-training of team members.
• Lead and delegate VAS tasks within SLA and vendor compliance.
• Plan labor requirements based on forecast and Client Services direction.
• Perform tagging, repackaging and other general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs and security protocols.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Utilize staff purchase and benefits programs.
