Job summary

NRI 3PL is seeking a Value Added Service Lead to guide the VAS team, overseeing tagging, repackaging, and special projects for lifestyle product clients. The role emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse setting at Henderson, NV.

You'll manage training, coordinate with client services for labor planning, and ensure SLA compliance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of warehousing, VAS, or retail merchandising experience; lead experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and tolerate dusty/noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and cross-training of team members.
• Lead and delegate VAS tasks within SLA and vendor compliance.
• Collaborate on labor planning based on forecast and direction from Client Services.
• Tagging, repackaging and special projects along with other general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, security protocol and SOPs.
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy.

A Day in the Life

As a Value Added Service (VAS) Lead, you will play an important part in leading the VAS team by organizing and completing all tagging, repackaging and special project duties. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

All About You

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented
• Experience in leading personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves

• Must have 12+ months of prior experience in warehousing, VAS or retail merchandising, experience as a Lead is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Must be Bilingual
