Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a VAS Lead (Value Added Services) for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on supervising co-pack operations, inventory control, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment.

Compensation is $23–$24 per hour with several incentives for attendance, referrals, and performance. The position runs Monday–Friday from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse experience.
• GED or HS Diploma; college is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team with minimal direction and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervising / leading of warehouse employees.
• Time keeping / temp roster
• Inventory checks.
• Cleaning of the warehouse.
• Keep a neat orderly and clean warehouse operation.
