Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Lockport, IL is seeking a VAS general labor associate to support high‑volume production operations by restacking, repacking, labeling and assembling product displays. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse, maintaining accuracy and safety around machinery.

The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, consistent productivity, and the ability to work independently or in a team while meeting daily attendance and performance goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Restack, repack, and label boxes according to requirements.
• Assemble and build end‑cap displays with accuracy.
• Operate a fast‑paced production line while maintaining quality.
• Follow safety procedures around machinery and conveyors.
• Identify issues like packaging defects or jams and report them.
