Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a VAS general labor associate to support high‑volume production operations in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include restacking, repacking, labeling, and assembling product displays, with strict attention to safety around machinery.

The role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience with WMS software (Synapse) is preferred.
• PC literacy with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Restack, repack, and label boxes per production and customer requirements.
• Assemble and build new end-cap displays with accuracy.
• Operate a fast-paced production line while maintaining quality.
• Follow safety procedures around machinery, conveyors, and automated systems.
• Identify and report packaging defects, labeling errors, or jams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
• Adapt to changing tasks and production priorities.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
