Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing the team for competitions and regattas, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and supporting the program's overall organization. A background in strength and conditioning is a plus; the position offers a coaching stipend.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Rowing Coach in planning and conducting daily practices.
• Provide athlete mentorship and support the development of all team members.
• Assist with preparing the team for competitions and regattas.
• Promote athlete development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Support the overall organization and success of the rowing program and perform other duties as assigned.
• Background in strength and conditioning is a plus; coaching stipend is offered.
