Job summary

Holynamestpa in Florida is seeking an Assistant Rowing Coach for a high school program. You will work with the Head Rowing Coach to plan and run daily practices and mentor athletes.

Responsibilities include preparing the team for competitions and regattas, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and supporting the program's overall organization. A background in strength and conditioning is a plus; the position offers a coaching stipend.
