Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and instruct student-athletes in the Men’s Rowing Program.
• Evaluate student-athlete skills and develop lesson plans.
• Provide regular feedback on athletic performance.
• Participate in scouting; assist with practice and race planning.
• Collaborate with head/assistant coaches and staff to mentor athletes on and off the water.
• Ensure safety during training and racing.
• Occasional recruiting duties.
