Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of baseball coaching/playing at high school or college level.
• Knowledge of baseball fundamentals, rules, and safety protocols.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the CFS baseball program with enthusiasm and maturity.
• Lead with integrity and promote sportsmanship and character development.
• Be available for weekday practices and games (approx. 3:45 PM–5:45 PM).
• Develop off-season and pre-season player development.
• Ensure student-athlete eligibility and adherence to school and league rules.
• Maintain supervision of student athletes during practice and in the locker room.
