Church Farm School in Exton, PA seeks an experienced head coach to lead the varsity baseball program with commitment to academic achievement, character development, and teamwork. You will mentor student athletes, set the tone, and foster a safe, competitive, year-round program in alignment with school and league policies.
The role requires prior coaching experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekday afternoons and game days.

CFS seeks an experienced, energetic, and organized head coach to lead our competitive and well-rounded interscholastic baseball program in accordance with PIAA regulations, District 1 and BAL policies, and education-based athletics principles. The coach will provide strong leadership and serve as a role model to our athletes, promoting academic achievement, appreciation for physical fitness, teamwork and sportsmanship; fostering character development; and ensuring a safe positive experience for all student athletes while building a sustainable year-round program.
We are looking for a positive team player with demonstrated prior experience coaching a team, working with and mentoring young men, and who is committed to being a leader within the CFS community.
External candidates: If hired, you will be required to provide Acts 34, 114, and 151 clearances and complete any required employee training and/or paperwork in accordance with Church Farm School policy.
