Job summary

Babson College is seeking a varsity assistant coach to support the Athletics and Recreation department. You will help plan practices, coach games, and teach advanced skills under the head coach's direction.

The role includes film review, scouting, and data reporting, plus recruiting assistance. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of coaching experience are required, with strong communication and compliance with NCAA and Babson policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Compliance with NCAA/NEWMAC rules and Babson College policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in planning and coaching practice sessions and games.
• Teach advanced skills and game strategies as directed.
• Support scouting, film review, and data reporting tasks.
• Recruit prospective student athletes and coordinate recruiting activities.
• Maintain records and assist in tournament planning and execution.
