Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of coaching experience.
• Hepatitis B vaccination and OSHA training.
• CPR and AED certification required and maintained.
• Strong communication skills and NCAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receives direction from the head coach on program management.
• Plans and coaches practice sessions and games; teaches advanced skills.
• Counsels students on general and sport-related matters.
• Assists in scouting opponents to prepare practice and games.
• Assists in recruiting student-athletes and organizing trips.
• Reviews film and makes recommendations based on analysis.
• Completes institutional/NCAA trainings as assigned.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
