Proudworks in Northern Kentucky seeks a dependable van/bus driver to transport clients safely to jobs, medical appointments, and activities. You will follow timetables and assist passengers, including those with disabilities, while maintaining logs and vehicle cleanliness.
We offer full-time roles with split shifts and part-time options for non-emergency medical runs. A valid license, clean driving record, and excellent navigation skills are required to support our community-focused
Expected to drive safely along designated routes obey all (local, state and federal) traffic laws, safety procedures and transit regulations. Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations and medical appointments. Assisting passengers with disabilities to get into the van or bus as needed. Follow all appropriate timetables referenced in the BAWAC standard of conduct guidelines while on duty. This role will require split shift work schedules for full time status. Part time shifts available for non-emergency medical runs.

Our Production department partners with local and regional businesses to deliver high-quality assembly, packaging, and fulfillment work—creating valuable, real-world work experiences for people with disabilities. In addition, our Transportation team provides safe, reliable access to programs, employment, and medical appointments, helping remove one of the biggest barriers to independence.
