Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a production/assembly operator for the 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm) to assemble and test valves and components using jigs and fixtures.

You will follow ATIs, maintain quality records, and work on-site in a manufacturing facility, reporting to the Production Supervisor. Candidates should have manual dexterity, be detail-oriented, and read/write English while complying with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must pass background checks and required pre-employment testing.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed assembly test instructions (ATIs) to maintain quality standards.
• Test and/or package valves and components with proper labeling and instructions.
• Complete production records, recaps, and quality control documents.
• Perform continuous repetitive assembly of valves and sub-parts.
• Maintain housekeeping to comply with environmental and safety standards.
• Report any quality or safety concerns immediately.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
