Job summary

PTS Advance is seeking a Product Manager specializing in valves and actuators to own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the product portfolio within our Buildings business. You will blend HVAC/automation technical know-how with market-focused decision making.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to turn customer insights into commercially successful products, drive launches, and shape long-term portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in product management, engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of valve and actuator technologies.
• Experience with HVAC, hydronic systems, and building automation.
• Ability to translate customer and market feedback into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall product strategy for valve and actuator products.
• Identify target markets, segments, applications, and growth opportunities.
• Talk with customers and internal teams to gather needs and trends.
• Research competitors and translate feedback into requirements.
• Build and manage the product roadmap balancing short-term and long-term needs.
• Lead new product introductions from business case to launch and post-launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering and R&D on requirements, design, testing, and validation.
• Evaluate gaps, pricing, portfolio performance, and positioning.
• Develop product messaging, go-to-market strategies.
