Job summary

You will coordinate reviews, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables while developing plans, tracking milestones, and communicating status across departments to drive successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in operations management, project management, or related business operations; or an advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects with schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans to support objectives.
• Experience using project management tools to track execution, milestones, and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Value Stream Management initiatives to support supply continuity, operational performance, and business priorities across the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate project reviews, timelines, backorder recovery plans, resource needs, and deliverables to align stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, action trackers, and status communications for timely execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, constraints, and dependencies to minimize disruption and support supply continuity.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning to drive execution and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, provide updates and escalations, and implement process improvements to enhance value stream effectiveness.
