Job summary

Jobtailor in Colorado is seeking a seasoned Project/Value Stream Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives across operations and supply chain. You will coordinate reviews, timelines and resources while ensuring delivery of key milestones and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in operations/PM or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects with schedules and deliverables.
• Experience identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Experience using project management tools to track milestones and actions.
• Unrestricted US work authorization; sponsorship not offered for roles below Principal.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering or related field.
• Preferred: PMP or other project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Value Stream Management initiatives supporting supply continuity, operational performance, and business priorities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate project reviews, business impact timelines, backorder recovery plans, resource needs, and key deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, action trackers, and status communications.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, constraints, and dependencies.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning teams.
• Drive project execution and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs.
• Provide stakeholder updates and escalation support.
• Implement process improvements that enhance value stream effectiveness and sustainment processes.
